Some wedding days feel effortlessly timeless, and Madeline and Keenan’s Artifact Events wedding in Chicago was exactly that. From the moment guests stepped into the warm glow of the chandeliers to the final songs of the night, the entire day felt intimate, intentional, and full of real moments.

Artifact Events is one of my favorite Chicago wedding venues for couples who love an industrial space that still feels romantic. The tall windows, exposed brick, and layered lighting make it perfect for documentary-style wedding photography, especially during cocktail hour and the reception when everything feels alive and unfolding naturally. Madeline and Keenan leaned into that vibe in the best way, staying present, soaking it all in, and trusting the day to flow.

Whether it was a quiet moment adjusting the finishing touches, or friends popping in with encouragement and laughter, the morning set the tone for the rest of the day.
